Unfortunately Medicare does not cover Skype consultations. Some private health funds may cover this. Check with your health fund before making a booking.

Rebates

Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) & GP Management Plans

These plans can be put together by your doctor and allow you a maximum of 5 sessions with our dietitian and psychologist in a calendar year, of which a proportion is covered by Medicare.

Private Health Insurance

Costs may be claimable with private health insurance ‘extras’ cover. We provide on-the-spot private health fund rebates if you are eligible through HICAPS so you only need to pay the gap.

Department of Veteran’s Affairs (DVA)

We are providers for the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA). If you hold a Gold card and you are referred by your GP, your consultation will be covered in full by DVA.

Please Note: Private Health Insurance benefits and Medicare rebates cannot both be claimed for the same consultation.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and you can’t always keep the appointments you’ve booked. We just ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you are no longer able to attend an appointment. Failure to do so limits our ability to provide services to other clients and will incur a fee of $85 for initial appointments and $50 for follow-up appointments.

We understand that in exceptional circumstances, this may not be possible, and we are always happy to make exceptions at such times.
